GREYSCALER PLUG-IN FILTER
This RGB to greyscale filter was created to add more flexability to converting images to black and white. The first three sliders control each individual channel. This can be useful in bringing out hidden detail in the picture or isolating each individual channel.
In additon there are the more usual controls for Contrast, Brightness and a Depth (pseudo gamma) control. Windows Only.

IRIDESCENT
The Digital Artshop's Iridescent filter will apply a pearl like effect to your image. The effect is fully controlable with sliders for the amount of reflections, colour strength,  smoothing and a detail enhancer.
Windows Only.

SPHERE WARP DISPLACEMENT MAPS
  One problem associated with spherical mapping is the pinching which occours at the poles. To significantly reduce this effect the image should be progessively more compressed, vertically, towards each pole [top and bottom] to compensate.
  By using the Diplace filter in Photoshop, Photo-Paint etc these two displacement maps will not only produce this compression but will also bring a square texture map down the correct 2:1 ratio.
  First you will need to right-click over and save the two displacement maps, right. Next convert the maps to PSD files for Photoshop, saved to a convenient folder, or PaintBrush PCX saved in Corel's own internal Custom/Displace folder.
  Your original image must be a square, seamless tile, either 256, 512, 768 or 1024 - sorry, the limitations of the filter means we can't do bigger with out getting too complicated. For 256 and 512 images just use map B and for 768 and 1024 use map A first, then map B. Apply the sphere warp map using the settings below.
Set the Horizontal scale to 0% and the Vertical scale as follows;
256 set to 50% - 512 set to 100% map B only.
768 set to 75% - 1024 set to 100% for both maps A & B.
Also check the 'Stretch to fit' and 'Wrap around' buttons.
  Finally, the image needs to be cropped to half the hieght, exactly in the middle, removing the noisey bits top and bottom.
