Although not suitable for seamless tiles, this little
technique could come in handy for a background or small logo. The pictures below show the settings to achieve both a single and double spotlight bump. These settings can be be tweaked to suit your own subject. The
spotlight handles in the preview windows control the size and direction of the individual lights. Your settings can be saved for future use in the preset 'Style' drop-down.

Adobe Photoshop: Filter/Render/Lighting Effects
The Adobe version behaves a little different to
Corel, but the end result is still the same if not a little better.
The dialogue box captures show the settings both single (right) and double (below) spot bumps. The spotlight handles in the preview
windows control the size and direction of the light. Note: to work as a bump the Texture Channel drop-down needs to be set to red.
