TEXTURE SUBJECTS
FABRIC includes a wide selection of fabrics, woven materials and cloths of all sorts and colours. FLOOR contains a large collection of ground cover types, both natural and man made. Includes carpet, dirt, grass, wood and tiled flooring, plus roadways and paving. METALS has a selection of metal plate, grilles, fences, etc, plus metal effects such as brushed, burnished, defraction and rust, plus a selection of different types of screw heads.
MISCELLANEOUS includes a collection of basic textures like roughs, grimes, patches and film grain, plus some non specific 'surfaces' for some more unusual effects. The PAPER folder contains a small collection of some basic paper and card types. PLANT includes flowers, foliage, etc together with some examples of hedges and trees (with masks). The SKINS folder has a comprehensive collection of skins, both real ( fur, hide, reptile, etc) and fictitious (creature skins, innards etc). Also included is a selection of human skin tones. The varied STONE collection consists of rocks, stones, marbles and granites in many different types and colours.
WALLS has a number of various types of walls included, such as brick, stone, rendered, fencing, concrete, roof tiles, mosaic and wall tiles. WOOD includes various wood types and colours featured together with barks, cork, particle board etc. The LINE ART folder contains over a hundred black and white line tints, textures, body copy and shapes, all seamlessly tiled.
BACKGROUND SUBJECTS
The ATMOSPHERE collection contains a selection of multi-toned skies, graduations, rainbow clouds and atmospheric shapes that are designed to be used as shaders to either add mood and colour depth to other images, or just on their own as backgrounds or skies. The PAINT folder includes a number of unusual backgrounds all scanned or digitally created using art materials and software. The strong shapes and colours could be used as backgrounds, wallpaper or just as pictures in their own right.
In the MISCELLANEOUS folder are a variety of shapes and effects images, ideal for adding interest or drama to even the most boring of subject matter. The ROUGH folder contains a variety of grime, grunge and generally rough textures that are popular these days in all forms of media. These can be used to either 'dirty up' a picture or as backgrounds on their own.
The SURFACES collection comprises of over 170 textures chosen from a wide source of photographic or digital material. These include not only real subjects (stone, woods, walls etc) but also a number of non-specific 'Surfaces'. Great for backgrounds or adding unusual texture to objects.
